You can qualify for a 100% refund if you made a payment error (like double-paying or ordering the same thing twice). Please let us know right away. You will only get a full refund if we have not assigned a writer yet and if we cannot find a writer for your paper. If the deadline has passed and you did not get your paper, you will not receive it and cannot use any of the materials we sent. (This does not apply to revisions). If you ask for a revision, it means you like the paper but need small changes. You would not get a full refund for this.
If we have already assigned a writer to your paper and it is still early in the process (less than half the deadline has passed), you can get a 70% refund. The writer has started working on your paper and deserves paid for their time.
If we have already assigned a writer to your paper and it is close to the deadline (more than half of the deadline has passed), you can get a 50% refund. We cannot find a writer to make the revisions you need.
Factors to consider when opening a dispute:
Substantial evidence must support your claim. Resolving a dispute takes time because we need to talk to the writer, review the paper, and sometimes ask for more information.
Every dispute is different, and we decide on refunds on a case-by-case basis. We suggest an amount based on each situation.
If you do not provide us with the information we need within 14 days, we will close the dispute, and you will not receive a refund.
For disputed orders, you have 14 days to resolve the issue with our Customer Experience Manager. If you do not, talk to our Customer Support team to explain what is happening.
Urgent revisions may take longer than the usual 24-48 hour turnaround time. Contact our customer support to check if an author is available for urgent revisions.
For additional information on revisions, visit our Revision Policy.
Multiple-choice Question assignments cannot be refunded. If you use the writer’s answers, it means you approve of them. You might get a partial refund if the writer receives less than 50% of the answers right. The amount depends on each case and is decided by our Customer Experience Manager.
If you ask for a full refund, you cannot keep the paper or any materials we gave you. All these materials become our property, and we reserve the right to publish the paper online for commercial purposes. We do not keep copies of essays. “Published online” means that if someone searches for the paper or checks it for plagiarism, it will link back to our website. We might also use it as a sample essay. We do this to protect our clients if a customer asks for a refund after the work is finished.
Disclaimer
- Clients must base their argument for a refund request on concrete evidence and not simply stating unsatisfied or dislike with the material provided.
- We will issue refunds to the original source of payment.
- If we are late with your paper, we will charge you less based on how late we were. For example, if you need it in one day and we give it to you in two, we will refund the difference. (This does not apply to revisions.)
- You have 14 days to check and approve your paper. If you do not do anything within 14 days, we automatically approve it.
- If you are unsatisfied with your paper, you can ask for a free revision or a different writer. You can get up to six revisions without extra cost.
We evaluate refund requests for dissatisfaction on a case-by-case basis. If this happens to you, provide feedback, and we will determine whether a refund or rescheduling is appropriate.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours after approval, depending on the payment method used.
Refunds for rush or urgent writing services are limited, as these projects often require immediate work. However, our team can assess your request based on the situation.
Contact our support team with details about your order or session. We will review your request and process it based on our policy. If our dispute department rules in favor of the client, we will credit the refund amount.
You may request a different tutor. Refunds for this reason are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
